Keri is a lifelong entrepreneur with 20+ years of leadership across education, real estate, and finance. She holds a BFA, and her roots in the arts continue to inform a creative, design-thinking approach to business and deal-making. 

Keri spent a large part of her career operating successful preschools—building thriving learning communities, leading high-performing teams, and navigating complex operational, licensing, and regulatory requirements. She has also invested in real estate and worked in real estate sales and mortgage lending, experience that sharpened her negotiation skills and fluency in underwriting, cash flows, and lender expectations.

At Yonah Real Estate & Business Sales, Keri brings a confidential, consultative process from valuation and pricing strategy through buyer qualification, lender coordination (including SBA), due diligence, and closing. She blends strategic rigor with creativity to keep timelines on track, align stakeholders, and deliver win-win transitions for sellers and buyers.

A Georgia resident, Keri is devoted to her family—happily married for nearly 25 years and a proud mom of two daughters—and to helping local owners realize the value of their life’s work.
