Cesar Pacheco brings over two decades of financial expertise to Yonah Real Estate & Business Sales, helping business owners navigate complex transactions with clarity, integrity, and confidence. Born and raised in Venezuela, Cesar studied Civil Engineering at Santa María University before relocating to the United States, where he has lived and worked in the Atlanta area since 1999.

With 22 years in finance and lending, Cesar has built deep fluency in underwriting, cash flow analysis, debt structures, and lender expectations. His background allows him to evaluate businesses through both an operational and financial lens, an advantage when advising sellers on valuation, deal structure, and buyer qualification, or guiding buyers through financing strategies, including conventional and SBA-backed transactions.

At Yonah, Cesar supports a confidential, consultative sales process from initial analysis through due diligence and closing. He is known for creating tailored financial frameworks for each transaction, aligning business performance with lender requirements, and keeping deals moving by proactively addressing risks, documentation gaps, and financing hurdles. His approach is detail-driven, transparent, and grounded in long-term outcomes for all parties involved.
